These terms apply when you use rajdhanitelecom.com or buy products from RAJDHANI TELECOM (GSTIN 09AAOPW5720F1ZA), 125 Station Road, Budh Bazar, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh 244001 ("Rajdhani Telecom", "we", "us"). By placing an order with us you agree to these terms.

1. Products and information

We try to keep product names, descriptions and photos accurate. Some images are illustrative, and specifications are as provided by the manufacturer. Please confirm the exact model, variant and condition with us before you buy.

2. Prices and availability

Prices and stock change often. Any price shown on the website or shared earlier may change without notice. The final price and availability are confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone at the time of your order. Every purchase comes with a GST invoice.

3. Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed only after we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone.
• We accept cash, UPI, cards, bank transfer and approved finance. For delivery orders, payment terms are confirmed with you before dispatch.
• We will never ask for your OTP, card PIN, UPI PIN or password.

4. EMI and finance

Credit card EMI is available across India. Finance (EMI without a credit card) is available for customers in and around Moradabad. All EMI and finance is subject to approval by the bank or finance partner and to their own terms, including down payment, tenure and charges.

5. Delivery

We deliver across India through courier partners. Delivery times are estimates. Please check the package when you receive it and tell us promptly if it is damaged or if you received the wrong item.

6. Warranty

• New devices carry the manufacturer's warranty, serviced by the brand's authorised service centres.
• Pre-owned phones carry our 7-day checking warranty, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Exchange and buyback

• Exchange and buyback values are decided only after we physically inspect the device. Any estimate shared before inspection is not final.
• The seller must be the lawful owner and must provide a valid ID proof. We may ask for the purchase bill.
• We may refuse any device that is locked to an account, reported lost or stolen, or blacklisted.
• Once a buyback or exchange is completed and paid, it is final.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our responsibility for any product is limited to repair, replacement or refund as set out in these terms and our Refund & Return Policy. We are not responsible for data on your device; please back up your data before handing over a device for exchange, buyback or service.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute.
