This policy explains how RAJDHANI TELECOM ("Rajdhani Telecom", "we", "us"), 125 Station Road, Budh Bazar, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh 244001, collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit rajdhanitelecom.com, message or call us, or buy from our store.
Information we collect
- Contact details you share with us, such as your name, phone number, WhatsApp profile name and email address.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone, on Instagram or Facebook, including photos or documents you choose to send.
- Order and delivery details, such as the products you ask about or buy, your delivery address and payment status.
- Finance / EMI details, only if you apply for EMI: identity and KYC documents (for example PAN, Aadhaar and bank details) required by the finance partner.
- Exchange and buyback details: device details (such as model and IMEI), purchase bill and a valid ID proof of the seller, as required by law.
- Website technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the website secure and working.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and share product, price and availability information you ask for.
- To confirm, deliver and support your orders, including warranty and service help.
- To process EMI or finance applications you choose to make.
- To verify devices offered for exchange or buyback.
- To keep invoices and records required by tax and other laws.
- To send offers or updates only if you ask for them or agree to receive them. You can stop them at any time by replying "STOP" or telling us.
WhatsApp and automated replies
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. When our team is busy or the store is closed, some replies to your WhatsApp messages may be prepared by an automated assistant (AI) using the messages in your chat and our store information. The assistant does not make price, finance, refund or warranty decisions; our staff handle those. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only when needed for the purposes above, with:
- finance partners, banks or NBFCs, when you apply for EMI or finance;
- courier and delivery partners, for orders you ask us to deliver;
- service providers that run our website, messaging and automated replies (for example Meta/WhatsApp, our website host and our AI assistant provider), who may process it only to provide their service to us;
- brand service centres, for warranty or DOA claims you ask us to process;
- government or law enforcement authorities, when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records such as invoices and buyback records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, by writing to us using the details below. Some records, such as invoices, may have to be kept to meet legal requirements.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. We will never ask you for an OTP, card PIN, UPI PIN or password on WhatsApp or by phone.
Children
Our services are meant for adults. Buyers under 18 should involve a parent or guardian.
